Ingredients Fruit Salad , Pears , Apples , Strawberries , Blueberries , Cherries Omega3-Rich Ice-Cream , Frozen bananas , Blueberries (not frozen) , Linseed (flaxseed) oil (best to use cold-pressed as it has more nutrients)
Method Fruit Salad 1. Cube the apples and pears and add to a mixing bowl 2. Slice the strawberries (keep a few for decoration at the end) and add to the mixing bowl 3. Add some blueberries to the mixing bowl 4. Mix the fruit salad in the mixing bowl and put into serving bowls Omega3-Rich Ice-Cream 1. Add the frozen banana and blueberries to a blender 2. Add some linseed oil and blend the mixture to make ice-cream (your blender needs to be strong enough to work with frozen fruit otherwise it may get damaged) Combine 1. Add the ice-cream to each serving bowl 2. Decorate with cherries and strawberries Serve 1. Enjoy immediately!
